Salve Regina University On-Campus Housing
Overnight accommodations are available at the Salve Regina residence halls for the nights of Wednesday, June 10, Friday, June 11, Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13, 2015. You may choose any combination of nights. The room rate is $75.00 per person per night for a single room or $55.00 per person per night for a double room. Each guest will be provided with bed linens and a set of towels.
Check-out is by 9:00 a.m. the day of your departure. Please deposit your building access card in the drop box located at the entrance of the residence hall upon checking out. There will be a $15.00 charge for lost building access cards.

To register for campus accommodations, please print and return the 2-page Housing Form with full payment, no later than Friday, May 1, 2015, directly to Mariann Maida, Office of Conferences and Events, Salve Regina University, 100 Ochre Point Avenue, Newport, RI 02840. The Atlantic Beach Hotel
Accommodations are also available for a limited number of rooms at The Atlantic Beach Hotel [(401)847-5330] at a special rate for the Thornton Wilder Conference ($93.49 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday; $229.49 on Friday and Saturday); please be sure to mention the Wilder Conference when making your reservation. The room block will be available until April 10, 2015, at the special rate.
